Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Angelshop. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at contact@vluynshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order once the return is approved.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@vluynshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it quickly.
